Earnings Range: $50K base, plus commission and bonus ($80K – $90K at plan)

They are currently looking for multiple Strategic Account Managers based at their worldwide headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.  As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large existing and potential customers.  You will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned clients, while leading the client account planning cycle and ensuring assigned clients’ needs and expectations are met by the company.  This position is primarily inside based but will require travel as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.

* Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts, which could range from C-Level to Technical Requester.

* Exhibit the firm's product knowledge by promoting entire solution offering.

* Converse intelligently about all business issues, displaying excellent presentation and interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills.

* Identify sales opportunities by exploring client business needs.

* Leads solution development efforts that best address client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

* Proactively assess, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

* Leverages question-based selling strategies advancing clients forward in their buying process.

* Proactively advise and introduce new solutions to solve client's business needs.

* Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

* Conduct and lead web conference and face to face presentations as needed.

* Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including leadership, support, service, management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and clients’ expectations.

* Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.

* Identifies net promoters and maintains high client satisfaction ratings that strive to achieve mutual organizational standards.

* Other duties as needed by company leadership.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

– The selected candidate should possess a Bachelors Degree in Business or related field, but not required.

– The ideal person would have 5+ years of sales and prospecting experience and a proven track record of success.

– Technical ability to become knowledgable with the firm's entire product line.
